Centre for Biomedical Modelling and Analysis

13th April 2015

Funded by the Wellcome Trust, with substantial matched funding from the University of Exeter, the Centre for Biomedical Modelling and Analysis has recently opened at the University of Exeter. Currently housed in the University's flagship Research, Innovation, Learning and Development Building, the Centre is home to 6 outstanding research fellows, whose role is to drive the development of exciting new research partnerships at the interface between quantitative disciplines (such as mathematics, computer science and physics) and those in biomedicine.

Centre Fellow Sid Visser is currently organising a week-long workshop at the Lorentz Institute in Leiden on Brain Equations: Challenges and Next Generation Mathematical Models.
